Talk Soldier in Twim City (403, 285) to start the quest. He says that there is an old vampire and he is protecting it.
Talk to the King Jack (The Old Vampire) and he teleporter you to a place.
In this place, kill the Vampires until get 10 VampireBlood and 2 Vampire`sCloak.
when got it, talk Ghost, in the entrance.
Bring the 10 VampireBlood and 2 Vampire`sCloak to the King Jack and then he give to you 5kk CPs (2.5kk for 10 VampireBlood and 2.5kk for 2 Vampire`sCloak).
